Guanciale fine version of Mario Carrabs (product customization).
This product has been made dusting a traditional method of working the pig. Taking into account that in the past preservative systems were limited, there was the idea to use the aglianico which, with its colors natural aid conservation, reducing the oxidation of the product and customizing it in taste.
It should be eat, cut into thin slices for typical Italian Bruschetta and used for
traditional pasta preparation (such as for a special irpinian maccaronara, for carbonara or boscaiola).
The fragrance will envelop the opening of our vacuum packaging: get
ready for a new experience!
The cost is 23.80 Euro per kg while our pack is about 700 grams.
