The
products are packaged and shipped from our head office via
overnight mail to reach the various destinations. Shipments are made
only in Italy and the European Community.
Delivery times are provided for 24/48 hours but can even get
to 5 days,
for example in the case of islands. In the case of non-withdrawal by
the customer within 5 working days after the delivery by the courier
left, the order shall be deemed automatically canceled.

Anomaly
detected at the time of receipt of goods
Upon
receipt of the goods the customer is required to check that the
number of packages matches that indicated on the shipping document and
that the package is intact, not damaged or altered in any part,
including their closure. Any anomalies in this regard should be
immediately challenged the courier on delivery, by a written document
RESERVE transport (noting the anomaly found exactly), and then
communicated to info@mariocarrabs.com
within 5 working days
from
receipt of goods.

If the anomaly is due to www.mariocarrabs.com, shipping is changed or
integrated with
costs borne entirely by
www.mariocarrabs.com.
Shipping

The
customer must send an email with the details of the invoice (number
and date) for www.mariocarrabs.com able
to relate what happened and
promptly matters as needed.
