The contract between the client and Macelleria Mario Carrabs
of Mario Carrabs is concluded with the acceptance of
www.mariocarrabs.com.
The customer, when, upon completing the purchase process, confirms the
order to www.mariocarrabs.com, declares that have read all the
information provided about the procedure of: purchase, withdrawal,
complaint, privacy policy and accepts the general conditions and
payment arrangements as detailed below.
RIGHT
OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Art. 5 DL 185/1999 which regulates the right of
withdrawal, our customers are protected as follows:
* The customer has the right to
terminate the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying
the reason, by giving notice within 10 working days of receipt of the
goods by registered letter with return receipt addressed to

1. For the sake of traceability, the customer must indicate
on the Commission:
- Number of the invoice for the purchase by which it intends to withdraw
- Bank details for refund via wire transfer
2. The asset to which the right of withdrawal must be returned fully
intact in its original packaging complete in all its parts
(documentation,
ancillary equipment, etc. ...) and not affixing labels or adhesive
tapes.
3. The customer will have to return at their own expense and
responsibility, the products purchased within 30 days following the
dispatch
of
the letter to be sent to the following address:

4. Refund will be made free of charge to the customer,
www.mariocarrabs.com will refund what is payed for the products
relating to the contract of purchase and will do it via bank transfer
(or the way preferred by www.mariocarrabs.com) as soon as possible and
no later than 10 working days from receipt of goods returned by the
customer. If the products subject to restitution is suffering damage
during transportation arranged by the customer,
www.mariocarrabs.com will inform by e-mail the customer within 5
working days from receipt of good, for him to make the complaints
procedure in respect of courier he used to obtain the repayment of the
value of the asset (if insured). If the property subject to restitution
is not being sent in accordance with the instructions of their
conservation (eg: for perishable items, controlled temperature, with
use of insulated containers and ice green or dry ice), the right of
withdrawal is canceled.
5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or
perishable or likely to deteriorate rapidly
6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by
businesses or professionals with a VAT number.

In the case of disputes, civil or criminal, between Macelleria Mario
Carrabs a customer and consumer, the territorial jurisdiction of the
forum is the place of residence of the consumer (as DL 185/99) in all
other cases the territorial jurisdiction of the forum is of Sant Angelo
Dei Lombardi (AV) - Italy.
PRICES
Product prices are in Euro and include VAT and all other taxes, if due.
Shipping costs are identified separately in the process of filling the
order and are added to the commodity, to be the total cost of the
customer.
For every order Macelleria Mario Carrabs issues the invoice and sends
it to the e-mail address of the customer. Invoices can not be changed
after issue.
