The tradition of Carnival is also tradition of charcuterie! In Gesualdo the use to eating sausages at carnival time is older than the festival of chariots.
In fact, the carnival, in its current form, was "created" by prof. Alfonso Fulcoli about 33 years ago, stopped during the earthquake time of 1980 and subsequent years, was then taken up in recent years by the Pro Loco of Gesualdo.
